Felicia Garrett

Felicia Garrett is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), practicing under the supervision of Dr. Victoria Malone at Breakthrough Life Therapy, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Tyler, TX. She is also a certified Substance Use Professional with the Department of Transportation, a Crisis Intervention Specialist, and trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

With more than 20 years of experience in human and social services, Felicia has spent her career supporting individuals, children, and families through some of life's most difficult moments. Her background spans inpatient behavioral health, correctional mental health as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), outpatient substance use treatment programs, and community-based counseling, giving her a wide-ranging understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life. Over the past five years, she has focused specifically on substance use disorder treatment, alongside four years providing mental health services across multiple levels of care, and for the last three years she has concentrated on individual therapy using a brief, solution-focused approach paired with evidence-based methods suited to each client.

Felicia founded Sincerely, Already Enough, PLLC on the belief that healing begins in a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood, not defined by a diagnosis or a difficult season of life. Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive, built around the idea that every client's path to recovery and emotional wellness looks different. Whether working with someone beginning a recovery journey, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating a major life transition, Felicia brings decades of hands-on experience and a steady, non-judgmental presence to every session, offered in-person in Tyler, TX or virtually across the state.

Healing Rooted in Being Seen

At Sincerely, Already Enough, PLLC, the mission is built on a simple belief: healing happens when someone feels genuinely seen, respected, and understood, not reduced to a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Every client who walks through the door, whether in person in Tyler, TX or through a virtual session, is met with a trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive approach that puts their individual history and circumstances at the center of care.

The goal isn't simply to treat symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use, it's to help clients rediscover their own strengths, build practical coping skills, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for them. This mission is grounded in more than 20 years of direct experience supporting individuals, children, and families through some of life's most difficult moments, and it shapes every session, every treatment plan, and every conversation that happens within this practice.

Care That Looks Like You

What sets Sincerely, Already Enough, PLLC apart is a combination of extensive hands-on experience and a genuinely individualized approach to outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment in Tyler, TX.

Rather than applying the same framework to every client, care is shaped around each person's background, culture, and specific circumstances, drawing on evidence-based methods including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This practice is Black-owned and female-owned, with a specific understanding of the importance of culturally responsive care for clients who want a provider who reflects their own lived experience.

Confidentiality is guaranteed at every stage, sliding scale fees keep treatment within reach for more clients, and flexible scheduling, including telehealth options, means support fits around real schedules rather than the other way around. For clients navigating substance use recovery, mental health concerns, or major life transitions in Tyler, TX and beyond, this level of individualized, judgment-free care is what distinguishes the practice from a standard counseling office.
